Week 2

Our Mission and Vision

Tracking Your Nervous System Response to Stress

Your nervous system is constantly scanning for safety and threat, shaping how you think, feel, and respond in each moment. Learning to track your own responses builds awareness of these patterns and gives you more choice in how you regulate and recover. As you move through your day, begin to notice subtle shifts—changes in your breathing, muscle tension, heart rate, focus, or emotional tone. Are you feeling mobilized (anxious, driven, restless), shut down (numb, fatigued, disconnected), or regulated (calm, present, engaged)?

This practice is not about judging or fixing your response, but about becoming curious. By naming what you notice, you create a small but powerful space between stimulus and reaction. Over time, this awareness strengthens your ability to return to balance more efficiently, reduces cumulative stress load, and supports resilience in both high-demand and everyday environments.

Here is a PDF for tracking subtle shifts in stress. I don't expect you to be able to do this yet but you can give a try.
