mPEAK (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge) is a mindfulness training program for anyone seeking to achieve personal and professional goals, as well as attain new levels of performance and success. This cutting-edge training program is built around the latest brain research related to peak performance, resilience, focus, and “flow”.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is an eight-week evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness, body awareness, and exploration of patterns of thinking, feeling and action.

Mindfulness-Based Communication Enhancement
Program originally designed for Special Operators. This 8 week course trains skillsets for emotional intelligence, empathy and improved communication for relationships both at home and at work.

Anatomy of Mindfulness
6 session course teaching providers the art of the biopsychosocial model and breaking down the mindfulness components with neuroscience rationale

Breath Work
Not your traditional course. This offers work in breath work and also performance breathing which is used to treat snoring and enhancing physical performance.
